BEEF STEW


Mmmm, a classic!


Beef, beef stock, tomato paste, carrots, potatos, onion, green peas, finished with chopped parsley.


Toss the beef in flour, S&P. Sear for a few minutes. Remove and throw into the slow cooker. Meanwhile add your homemade beef stock to to pan with a touch of tomato paste. Scrape the bits of beef and chunks off the pan. Simmer for a bit longer and add all that into the slow cooker.


Peel yer carrots and potatos, dice the onion and add into the slow cooker too.


Let it ride for 6-8 hours on medium or 10-12 hours on low.


Lastly add in your green peas right before serving. Top with chopped parsly.
