CHICKEN GNOCCHI SOUP

I totally ripped this off from Olive Garden and made it my own. It is just about the only thing I'd dare to eat at that shit hole chain restaurant.

Start with a fine dice on onion and celery. Then shred up some carrot ribons. I use a microplane to get them paper thin. Add the miripoix to your soup pot with a few lugs of olive oil. Soften 'em up on medium high heat for about 7 minutes. Don't forget to add some salt and pepper dumb ass.

Next add in your homemade chicken stick and shredded chicken. Simmer for 5 minutes and then add in a 16 ounce package of gnocchi. Simmer for a while and add a bunch of stemmed baby spinach. Lastly stream in a can of condensed milk. Simmer for 20 minutes. And again, don't forget to season liberally with salt and fresh cracked black pepper.
