OYSTERS ROCKAFELLER



Reserve garlic infused butter mixed with breadcrumbs, S&P and parmesan.


Sauté up some baby spinach with some of the same garlic infused butter. Deglaze with Pernod.


Shuck the oysters, top with spinach mix and then with breadcrumb mix.


Roast in preheated oven at 450 degrees until golden brown. About 6 minutes.
