PANE BOLOGNESE



I had some leftover Bolognese and some other ingredients to use up before traveling.


*I'm sick of traveling by the way.


Don't call this pizza bread. I might start swinging.


Take some old French bread, slice it up lengthwise. Layer in B├ęchamel and mozzarella. Add a layer of greeeezy fatty Bolognese. Top with another layer of B├ęchamel and some parmesan. Bake it up at 400 for about 15 minutes.


*This is a good one to make a few extra and freeze 'till ya need 'em.
