SAUSAGE & PEPPERS



A fun play on this little classic! Stuffed the mini peppers with a blend of Italian sausage and ground chicken +parm., romano, panko bread crumbs, sauteed onions and bell pepper, s&p.


Grill 'em up. Top tham off with motz. and a bit of fresh basil.


Served with homemade basil marinara.
