Sauté up your shrimps in olive oil with salt and pepper, nada mas.

Cream sauce is so fucking easy. Get your olive oil going in a pan. Add minced garlic and sauté till softened. If ya cook it to long it'll turn brown and get bitter. If that happens, chuck it in the bin and start over. Turn down heat to medium and stream in the heavy cream. When the mixture begins to bubble add S&P and reduce heat to medium low. Grate in parm and whisk so that shit doesn't get clumpy.
