SMOKED MAC & CHEESE STUFFED MEATLOAF


Yeah, you heard that right. This is not a normal thing and will kill you. I felt like making  a monster and I did and I do not regret it!


Homemade sharp cheddar mornay sauce mac & cheese stuffed inside an organic meatloaf and smoked for 4 hours at 225 degrees.

Oh, uhm, I basted it every 30 minutes with a butter, bacon fat and beer concoction.
