STUFFED MEATBALLS


Beef, Veal, Pork, Bread Crumbs, Egg, Dried Oregano, Dried Basil, S&P.

Mix all that up, form the meatballs with a nugget of fresh mozzarella jammed in the center.

Let rest at room temperature. 

Seer those meatballs up with a bit of olive oil.

 Add in some tomato sauce and simmer for a while. 


Serve over penne pasta and top it all off with fresh basil. Or make meatball sandwiches.
